Payment Details

Picnics/Women's Circles/Outdoor Cinema/Backdrops
All packages require a $60 deposit upon booking to secure your date. 
Full payment is due 7 days prior to your picnic.
We offer Bank transfer or cash on day if agreed upon.
An invoice will be provided with details once you have confirmed your booking details.
If you want to add anymore items or upgrade your package justr let us know.
Any changes made within 10 days to your package etc we offer a swap out method where we will for example add in more pouffes or items to make up the original value.

Wedding Ceremony Packages
All Wedding Ceremony Packages require a non refundable $100 deposit to secure your date.
Full payment is due 10 days prior to your wedding.
We offer Bank transfer or cash on day if agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

Picnics/Women's Circles/Outdoor Cinema/Backdrops
Any cancellations up to 16 days prior to your picnic date will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations after this time will result in a loss of the $60 deposit.
Please let us know asap so we can book another client. We have limited spots for setups.

Wedding Ceremony Packages
Wedding ceremonies have a non refundable deposit of $100.


Postponing Policy

Picnics/Women's Circles/Outdoor Cinema/Backdrops
We need at least 10 days notice or more if you need to postpone your picnic (the sooner the better so we can book another client)
If it is bad weather on the day of your event we can offer to postpone your date. You have 6 mths to use your deposit towards a new date.

Wedding Ceremony Packages
We need at least 28 days notice if you need to postpone your wedding date.

Bad Weather 
Its important to have a backup location in case the weather is not suitable for your event on your chosen date. A good option is your house, on a deck or in a living area for picnics.
For weddings there lots of indoor options to hold your ceremony.
Other options are the Valdora and Diddillibah Halls. You can contact via their websites.

You have 6 mths to use your deposit towards a new date.
If we have already driven to location to setup no refund is given.
If you have already picked up the equipment we do not offer a refund.

Bond Refunds
All of our packages and items for hire require a bond.
The bond will be added to your invoice.
Your bond will be refunded within 72 hrs of us picking up or you returning.
We will refund to your chosen bank or paypal account.
We will attempt to contact 3 times via email and text for your account details. All bonds are redeemable for 6 mths.
Once the picnic, wedding or event package has been setup or picked up it is your responsibility to take care of all the items.
Any damage, loss or extensive cleaning will come out of bond. We may also request further payment if damages or loss is not covered by the bond.
Any items returned wet will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50.

ID Requirements
Some ID will be required up to 3 days prior to your event. This may include your full name, phone number and address. All information is kept private.
